I was quite surprised at how big these models were – they stand about 15-17cm tall, and they are extremely light!

League of Legends – Caitlyn Limited Edition Statue

Woopie! Guess what arrived for me today !!! My limited edition handmade Caitlyn statue! She is made by artist Mars and only 200 statues were made. I chose number 145 (out of 200). Here is a picture of artist Mars with the president of Riot Games:

She was pretty easy to assemble. She’s quite heavy and stands about 27cm tall

The level of detail is amazing – look at those nails! Haha! Really worth the price!

Wow! I am amazed at the quality and level of detail! And for the price I paid, she is totally worth it! I am very happy She now sits beside my Road Warrior Miss Fortune statue on my desk – watching over me while I play LOL and wishing me good luck! HAHAHA! XD

Custom amigurumi/plushies! My Little Pony & League of Legends

Amigurumi (編みぐるみ?, lit. crocheted or knitted stuffed toy) is the Japanese art of knitting or crocheting small stuffed animals and anthropomorphic creatures. So I found this awesome girl called Altea (deviant ID: ayinai) from Spain, who makes these awesome League of Legends amigurumis and I got her to customize me a Miss Fortune Road Warrior amigurumi, an arctic warfare Caitlyn amigurumi and a classic Lux amigurumi! She’s just completed my Miss Fortune Road Warrior amigurumi and here’s the result!

I love my Miss Fortune so much that I’ve already asked her to commission me 3 more champions – Fizz (for my husband), Varus and Bilgewater Katarina. So I will have 6 amigurumis in total coming my way from Spain . I wish I could crochet like that! I’d have so much fun making so many cute things! Including this cute Rilakkuma haha -

I’ve been watching My Little Pony with Melody recently

Actually, I’ve always LOVED My Little Pony while growing up… and I eagerly yearned to own a My Little Pony toy of my own, but I was too poor to afford any . I think I was attracted to all the beautiful colours of their mane/tail/body etc. So anyhow, I’ve been watching My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic with Melody and I absolutely adore Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash! So (knowing me) I decided to buy their plushies!

I feel with my Arcade Sona model, the colours are a bit washed-out compared with my Road Warrior Miss Fortune model. Oh well, I’ll still be keeping her safe in a glass dome display case just like what I did with Miss Fortune

I’ve put my Road Warrior Miss Fortune model in a glass dome display case to keep her safe from dust and greasy fingers.

Since my last post about League of Legends (LOL), I have bought more champion models. I will show case them when I receive them

My Japanese friend reserved my 10th Anniversary Rilakkuma set for me at the Ikebukuro 10th Anniversary Rilakkuma Exhibit yesterday

It comes to no surprise that it was very crowded seems to be the theme of any Rilakkuma related events

In conclusion – TOTALLY LOVE THIS SERIES SO MUCH! ♥♥♥♥♥ I’m sure I’m not the only one Honestly, if you are hesitating whether to get them or not – DON’T! Get them right this minute, if you are not in love with them now, you will be once you see them/feel them in person. I wish they’d make one of Kiiroitori too though! :<

League of Legends – Miss Fortune Road Warrior Model is here!

My Road Warrior Miss Fortune model is finally here!  I made the order on the 17/04/2013 and was told it could take up to 3 weeks to make/process.  Luckily, it only took 13 days in total to arrive at my doorstep.  She’s my main champion from an online computer game I’ve been wasting my life on at the moment called League of Legends

I’m very pleased with how she turned out!

I asked them to pay special attention to her facial features

I am so happy with how she turned out! She was pretty pricey, except it was totally worth it! She stands about 13cm tall.

I also have a few more League of Legends (LOL) figurines coming my way! I will showcase them once they arrive. I asked for two champions to be made specifically for me in clay, I provided the artist with pictures of my champions in-game from different angles and here are the results!

And a quick side note for Rilakkuma fans – regarding the limited 10th Year Anniversary Rilakkuma series -

My Japanese friend told me you have to pre-order it at a Rilakkuma exhibit event held from 24/4/13 to 6/5/13 at the Seibu Department Store in Ikebukuro. The plushies will then be delivered at the end of July 2013. I’m getting a set What about you? Do you like the design? Please leave comments below!

These are must-haves for me!  I’m not too clear about their release dates/availability.  I will check with my Japanese friend and get back to you all when I find out.  I am guessing they will be released some time in July as that seems to be when all the 10th Anniversary plushies have been scheduled for release.
